Throttle Bodies  
This tuning product is for anyone who can handle the noise, without doubt, the meanest, deepest sounding; rally type noise you will ever come across. This mod will turn your engine into a fire-breathing monster and without doubt, one of the best performance worthy increases you can do, bar the price.
Enlarge picture Throttle bodies replaces the standard fuel injection system with a set of quad enlarged throttle bodies, rather than a single smaller body that you’ll find connected to your air filter housing. This allows more airflow, intake and precise fuel mixture producing the perfect balance of performance all the way through the revs. The price is expensive to fit but will produce an instant and massive smooth power delivery, the best thing you can do if you have the money. Note that it's not an easy job for anyone and will require a very lengthy stretch on a rolling road to set the correct timing up etc.
Performance wise, don't expect a major increase in bhp, but you will notice a massive increase in torque. 0-60mph times of 6.0 seconds are well within reach. The best examples on a GTi have proven to be very successful, and very reliable, but at approx. £2000-£3000 its not cheap.
