The 106 GTi in The Netherlands is deliverd in several phases. First the GTi of 1996 till April 1998. After April 1998, the 106 GTi went of the market and the 106 1.6 16v Sport come on it's place from April 1998 till October 1998. The 106 1.6 16v Sport was equal to the GTi except that is was not as luxurious as the GTi. From October 1998 till mid 2001, no 106 GTi's were sold in the Netherlands. Note, some 106 1.6 16v Sports were registered in 1999. In the tables you can see the differences between all types of 106 GTi's. On most specificatie you can click, an image will appear. Not all images are from standard GTi's, it could be possible that an images is made from a model with for example the Leather-option.
